OVERVIEW
HSR Motors faces a challenge with lead management due to outdated spreadsheet software.
They're unable to collaborate in real time, which hinders their efficiency. By shifting from
spreadsheets to a CRM system, HSR Motors can enhance collaboration, streamline lead
management, and enable business managers to make informed decisions quickly.
