1. What is your study about?

Answer:
Our study looks at how satisfied customers are with Balay Buhay sa Uma Bee Farm in
Bulusan, Sorsogon. We focused on things like services, accessibility, affordability, ambiance,
facilities, and safety. The goal is to find out what visitors like and what needs improvement to
help the farm grow and attract more tourists.

2. Why did you choose Balay Buhay sa Uma Bee Farm for this research?

Answer:
We chose this farm because it’s a popular eco-tourism spot in Sorsogon, but not much research
has been done about visitor satisfaction there. Since eco-tourism is growing, we wanted to see
what makes people visit and how their experience could be improved.

3. How does customer satisfaction help with sustainable tourism?

Answer:
When visitors have a great experience, they’re more likely to come back and recommend the
place to others. This helps the farm grow without harming the environment. Plus, happy
customers support local businesses, which keeps the tourism industry running smoothly.

Answer:
Our research helps local tourism businesses understand what customers want. If the farm

B. Research Design and Methodology


6. What method did you use and why?

Answer:
We used a survey questionnaire to collect numeric data from visitors. This is the best way to
measure satisfaction because it gives us clear and structured results that are easy to analyze.

7. How did you pick your respondents?

Answer:
We used convenience sampling, meaning we surveyed visitors who were already at the farm.
Around 50–100 responses.
