DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED OF TRANSFER OF RIGHTS is made, executed and entered into by and between Elna
Lacson Osorio, Edson Lacson, Edward Lacson, Elnora Lacson, Edmar Lacson, Edlarie Lacson, Edgar Lacson,
Vicente Lacson, Barangay Panubigan, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental, Philippines; and hereinafter referred to
the TRANSFEROR and Elmer Toledo OBsiquias, of legal age, Filipino, married to Eralyn Lacson with with
residence and postal address at Brgy. Mabigo, Canlaon City, Negros Oriental, Philippines; and hereinafter
referred to as the TRANSFEREE;
WITNESSETH
1. That the TRANSFEROR the rightful and absolute owner of a parcel of land which she had acquired by
virtue of Deed of Declaration of Heir-ship/Extra-Judicial Settlement with Adjudication of Estate,
docketed as Doc. No. ; Page No. ; Book No. ; Series of ; which is
more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land, Lot 1946, Cad. 782-D-C-2, being a portion of Lot 2-F, Psd-28446, situated in
Barangay of Punubigan, City of Canlaon, Province of Negros Oriental, Island of Negros. Bounded on the N.,
along lines 13-14 by a National Road; on the E., along lines 14-17 by Lot 1944; on the S., & W., along lines 1-4
by Lot 1945; along line 4-6 by Lot 1994; along lines 6-12 by Lot 1947; along lines 12-13 by Lot 1948.
Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 70 deg. 55. E., 1788. 04 m. from BLLM No. 1, Cad 782-D,
Canlaon City.

3. That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the TRANSFEROR has unto the
TRANSFEREE; and as a token of her (TRANSFEROR) gratitude unto the TRANSFEREE, by way of
these presents, the TRANSFEROR does hereby CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto
TRANSFEREE her heirs assigns and successors-in-interest, of the portion measuring ONE HUNDRED
TWELVE (112) SQUARE METERS, more or less, of the above-described parcel of land which is more
particularly described as follows:

6. THAT, the HEIRS/DECLARANTS-TRANSFERORS bind themselves to defend and protect the rights and interests or
ownership of TRANSFEREE of the above-described parcel of land herein-waived and transferred to her (FRANSFEREE) as already
the absolute owner thereof against any or all claims by the third person or whoever.
