Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy Execution, Management & Organizational Development at ChargeZone


 Develop HR policies and strategies that align with ChargeZone’s business goals and objectives.
 Support leadership in workforce management and talent retention to meet the evolving demands of the EV and
clean energy sectors.
 Foster a company culture focused on diversity, safety, employee satisfaction, and collaboration.
 Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance HR department efficiency and automate processes to
the highest standards.
 Oversee HR strategy execution across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee
engagement, and HR processes, ensuring alignment with ChargeZone’s strategic goals.
 Manage the HR budget, focusing on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement of HR functions.
 Design and implement competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive plans to retain and
attract top talent.
 Empower line managers to take on HR responsibilities and promote effective people management within their
teams.
 Lead the transformation and strengthening of ChargeZone’s organizational culture, ensuring that the company’s
values are reflected in all employee interactions.
 Prepare and present monthly MIS reports on HR, payroll, learning & development, employment law, HR policy,
best practices, and workforce development to ChargeZone’s management.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning at ChargeZone


 Design recruitment strategies to attract top talent, particularly within the EV and Clean Energy industries.
 Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and ensure alignment with ChargeZone’s growth.
 Build a strong employer brand to position ChargeZone as a preferred employer in the sector.

3. Employee Engagement & Performance Management at ChargeZone
 Continuously enhance performance management systems, KPIs, and employee development programs to align with
Charge Zone’s performance goals.
 Create and implement learning & development programs to improve employee skills and leadership capabilities.
 Promote employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs that align with ChargeZone’s core values.
 Drive ongoing improvements in employee welfare activities to maximize engagement and productivity.

4. HR Compliance & Policy Management at ChargeZone


 Advise and implement effective HR policies, including Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Prevention of Sexual
Harassment Act’2013, Grievance Redressal Mechanism, and Whistleblower policies, ensuring full compliance
across the company.
 Ensure ChargeZone’s adherence to all applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, professional standards, and
industry legislation.
 Prepare and present monthly MIS reports covering HR, payroll, learning & development, employment law, and best
practices to the leadership team.
 Regularly update ChargeZone’s employee handbook, policies, and procedures in accordance with legal changes
and industry standards.

5. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll at ChargeZone


 Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
 Work with the finance team to ensure efficient payroll management, tax compliance, and adherence to Charge
Zone’s HR budget.
 Lead wellness, insurance, and retirement benefit programs that support ChargeZone employees’ long-term well-
being.

6. HR Technology & Analytics at ChargeZone


 Leverage HRMS and analytics tools to streamline workforce management, improve reporting accuracy, and
optimize HR processes.
 Monitor key HR metrics and provide leadership with insights for data-driven decision-making.
 Lead the digital transformation of ChargeZone’s HR department, ensuring modernized and efficient HR functions.

7. Leadership Development & Employee Retention at ChargeZone


 Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to senior leaders and high-potential employees, helping them identify
strengths and development needs.
 Develop and implement leadership development programs aligned with ChargeZone’s long-term strategic goals.
 Cultivate strong relationships across the organization to enhance employee engagement and retention.
 Regularly identify individual strengths and development needs to ensure long-term growth and retention.

Key Skills & Qualifications:


 Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR) or equivalent.
 12-15 years of experience
 Strong experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance.
 Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 Proficiency in HRMS and HR analytics tools.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
