PRE-BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the booking of future vehicle to be
officially named and launched by Ultraviolette Automotive Private Limited ("Ultraviolette").
By paying the booking amount, the customer ("Customer") agrees to these T&Cs.

1. Booking Amount & Purpose


1.1 The Customer agrees to pay ₹999/- ("Booking Amount") as an expression of interest in
purchasing the upcoming vehicle ("Vehicle").
1.2 The booking is provisional and does not constitute a confirmed sale, delivery guarantee,
or price commitment by the Company.

2. Expected Launch & Availability


2.1 The Vehicle is expected to be launched for sale in early in 2026.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify the launch timeline due to production,
regulatory, or market-related factors.

3. Refundability & Cancellation


3.1 The Booking Amount shall be refundable if the Customer cancels the booking before
the Vehicle’s launch.
3.2 The refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
3.3 If the Company cancels the booking or decides not to launch the Vehicle, the full
Booking Amount will be refunded to the Customer.

4. Pricing & Adjustments


4.1 The final price, specifications, and features of the Vehicle will be determined at the time
of launch.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to modify the Vehicle’s design, features, and pricing at
its sole discretion.
4.3 Upon launch, the Booking Amount will be adjusted against the final price of the
Vehicle.
4.4 Special Discount on Initial deliveries:
4.4.1 Ultraviolette plans to launch two distinct Vehicles (Tesseract and Shockwave):
[Link] For Tesseract, a special discount of Rs. 25,000/- will be offered on the first
50,000 deliveries.
[Link] For Shockwave, a special discount of Rs. 25,001/- will be offered on the first
2,000 deliveries.
4.4.2 Ultraviolette reserves the right to revise or discontinue these discounts at its sole
discretion.

5. Transferability & Non-Assignability


The booking is personal to the Customer and cannot be transferred or assigned to another
person without prior written consent from the Company.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
6.1 The Company shall not be liable for any delays, modifications, or discontinuation of
the Vehicle's launch.
6.2 The Customer acknowledges that this booking does not create any legal right to claim
delivery of the Vehicle until a final sale agreement is executed.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising from these
T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.

8. Additional Terms and Policies


The Booking shall further be subject to the Booking Agreement, privacy policies and such
other policies as are available at [Link] In case of any conflict
between the Booking Agreement and these T&Cs, these T&Cs shall be final.

By proceeding with the payment, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and
agreed to these Pre-Launch Booking Terms & Conditions.
