Installation Guide and Attentions
1. Installation location:
a), There must be have electricity supply.
b), The gas fuel type incinerator must be have local gas supply
system.
c),The location has ventilation condition.
d),The location should be open land and keep away from
combustible items, explosive items, residential areas or other
law does not allowed area.
2, Installation Personnel and Equipment:
Incinerator installation must be operated by professional
technical personnel, and equipped with the foreman, rigger,
welders, electricians and auxiliary industrial and other types
of specialized technical workers. Crane or forklift is necessary
when download/upload/install incinerator.
3, Incinerator House:
For incinerator house, the ground should be made by
concrete with 10-15cm thickness. The ground must be flat
when install the incinerator. There should be 100cm at least
between the incinerator and the walls on the two sides and

the back, which is in convenient maintenance and repair.
Incinerator house layout refer "Drawing of Incinerator House".
The incinerator house must have windows and door for
ventilation require. The fire extinguisher should be supply by
the side of door or windows for any emergency situation.

4, Installation Procedure:
a), Install the incinerator main body (primary combustion
chamber & Secondary Combustion Chamber) on ground by
crane or forklift.
b), Place the smoke filter chamber on incinerator main body
and fixed with bolts and Asbestos tape.
c). Install chimneys and fixed with bolts, Asbestos tape and
Steel Rope.
d), Fix the incineration house roof.
e),Fix fuel system, fuel burner, blower, wind tube,
Thermocouple, Incinerator control plane.
5.Inspection before using:
a), Check the electric wire: the incinerator’s electric circuit
should be linked with the ground wire to guard against current
leakage. The incinerator’s power supply is 380V or 220V
according to pre-setting. The link-up of the electric wire
should be checked carefully before starting the incinerator, in
case of wrong link-up or leakage.
b), Check of the fuel supply system: Except the oil tank's soft
pipe and the burner’s soft pipe which is used for the fuel

flowing-in and flowing-back, all the rest pipes must use brass
or steel pipe. No leakage is allowed at pipe junctions. Any
leakage should be blocked in time.
c), Install steel rope with the chimney, to avoid tilt by wind.
d), Be avoid any sundries cover at the blower.
e), If the fuel is Natural Gas with gas burner, please contact
with local administration section and install gas supplier
system.
f),Lightning area, need to install the lightning rod.

Incinerator Operation
1. Check all electric system and fuel supply system. Check the
control box, all the button should be off/stop.
2. When feed the waste in the primary combustion chamber,
make sure around 10-20cm between the waste and the
combustion head of the burner, to avoid blocked and burner
damage. Plastic waste should placed long distance of the
combustion head of burner, to avoid black smoke. The
quantity of the waste, do not more than 80% volume of the
combustion chamber, and spread the waste, do not
accumulate. The diesel oil, oil paint, explosive material is
forbidden. Before start the incinerator, close the feeding
door.
3. Make sure sufficient combustion and little or none black
end smoke, adjust the wind according to different waste.
when start the secondary chamber as above, adjust wind
valve on secondary chamber, at the middle position(50%, big
wind flow) or little bigger than 50%. and adjust wind valve on
primary chamber at little wind flow (20%). after the

secondary chamber temperature up to
400℃, adjust wind valve on primary chamber litter bigger
(40%-50%).
4. Set up the time according to different waste. Detail time
according to different waste material and quantity. Set PLC
Plane according to "PLC Incinerator Operation Program".
Optional Operation:
For combustible waste, including paper, plastic, dry waste, after
Ignition primary chamber more than 30 minutes, stop primary oil
burner. the waste can combustion itself. the secondary oil burner
and blower still work. this will save oil consumption.
5. After the incinerator stop operate or stop operate at
emergency condition, make sure the blower still operate. The
blower will cool the burner. This time should be about 30
minutes.
6. If any emergency condition, like explosion in the
combustion chamber, press the emergency button.
7. Set the combustion time, this according to different waste
material and the quantity each time. Practiced worker can set

time according to experience.
8. Wear work gloves during combustion and avoid open the
feed door during combustion.
9. Clean ash after incinerator stop and cooled, avoid any
scald.
10. Close all fuel system and power system if no use of long
period.
Important Notice
1. Not related to personnel staff do not enter the incinerator
house.
2. Do not smoking or make any fire in the incinerator house.
3. Keep the incinerator house clean and ventilation.
4. The operator shall manual operation, failure to exclude or
immediately notify the dealer, after troubleshooting before
restart.
5. Do not put any clothing or sundries beside the incinerator.
6. If any thunder, remove the power plug.

7. If the fuel is oil, means diesel oil. Prohibited Gasoline.
8. Remove power plug when injection oil.
9. The oil must be clean, no impurity.
10. The oil filters, oil tank, oil tube and burner nozzle must be
clean every 2-3 month.
11. If any smoke leak on the feeding door or flange position,
replace the sealing strip.
12. Prohibited empty incineration.
13. Prohibitited any explosive material, oil fuel incineration.
14. Prohibitited any liquid waste, gas waste incineration.
15. Prohibited stop power of the blower during combustion.
Blower cool the incinerator and self-stop.
Incinerator Maintenance
1. Clean the Secondary chamber every 2-3 month.
2. Change the filter brick [Ca(OH) 2] every 12 month. after
customer use filter brick out, they have to make it at local
side because this material can not store long time. the filter
brick material is [Ca(OH)2] and the principle is alkaline
material filter acid smoke. The material [Ca(OH)2] with little

sand together, set in mould and dry. Generally, we use the
material [Ca(OH)2] to build house and white colour. Brick Dia.
12cm, height 10cm, small hole dia.1.2cm. the size can be
little smaller or bigger. put 3-4 pieces in the filter chamber.
3. Maintain the burner as instruction book.
4. Maintain and lubricating the blower.
