It is my proud privilege to express my sincere gratitude to Mr.
Vaibhav Upadhyay ( Former Vice-President Oudh Bar
Association ) under whose shadow and guidance I have
successfully completed my internship. I have gained a lot
from the experience of Mr. Vaibhav Upadhyay Sir.
I am also thankful to the entire law faculty at Babu Banarasi
Das University – School of Legal Studies , for inspiring
guidance , supervision , expert suggestions & encouragement
which helped me to understand the application of law taught
in the actual practice of law inside and outside the court.

Overall experience during the internship
As an intern at office of Adv. Mr. Vaibhav Upadhyay ( on-site
internship ) Every day was a day for learning something new. From
observing court proceedings in different court rooms at High Court till
making case briefs and transcripts , participating in in-house office
seminars and also researching on topics like Contitution and it’s parts.
It was a truly exuberant and knowledgeable internship experience for
me.
CONCLUSION
I am really thankful to Babu Banarasi Das University for providing this
opportunity in the second year itself to make me this capable to intern and learn.
I practiced, I learned, I faced problems but it was an amazing, astonishing
experience for me. It gave me a real view to look upon law. It also gave me
some habits of learning legal news daily and researching and analyzing various
precedent case laws , which was also a great experience. Now I’m much excited
about by next learning experience. I hope that I get more and more such
opportunities in later times.
