PROPULSION, THE CAPACITY SHALL BE SUFFICIENT TO
RESTORE PROPULSION TO THE SHIP IS CONJUNCTION WITH
OTHER N=MACHINERY, AS APPROPRIATE, FROM A DEADSHIP
CONDITION WTHITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER BLACKOUT
