1.The Premises
The address of the premises where the tree removal services will be
performed is as follows; Mahogany Lane Upper Calarian, Zamboanga City,
Philippines.
2. Schedule
The work of tree removal shall commence on_______________ and shall be
completed including cleaning and disposal of the garbage. The
completion date may be subject to reasonable adjustments due to
unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may
affect the safety of the workers if in case the parties shall promptly
communicate and agree upon any necessary changes to the schedule.
