The sentence structure of your
writing includes where the noun and
verb fall within an individual
sentence. Sentence structure
depends on the language in which
you're writing or speaking.
The subject and the
predicate make up the two
basic part of any structural
parts of any complete
sentences.

A complex sentence contains an
independent clause and a dependent
clause.
Although the girl studied hard
she failed the exam

sentence
Contains at least two independent
clauses and at least one dependent
clause.
Because I worked, I got an A* on the
test and I was so happy.
