Psychiatric History

May 14, 1995 - Miss Anabelle Mabilangan was referred by DSWD because she was seen roaming around
Quirino Avenue, she was not in herself and just murmuring things while walking. They decided to take
her on National Center for Mental Health to have her assessed because of the conclusion that she was
mentally ill. The information about her was gathered through the people who was around her before
she was reported to the social workers. She was then diagnosed with undifferentiated schizophrenia on
the same year.
