ABSTRACT
AUBREY Y. BONTIA, AARON LEE D. MOLDE, and DAVE S. BAGUMBAY,
College of Criminal Justice, Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Government College,
Poblacion Aurora Zamboanga del Sur, April 2023; LEVEL OF SATISFACTION
TOWARDS THE QUALITY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF
ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT COLLEGE
CRIMINOLOGY INTERNS IN S.Y. 2022-2023. An unpublished Bachelor’s
Thesis.
Keywords: Level of Satisfaction, On-The-Job Training, Internship, Criminology
Interns and Duties and Responsibilities
Adviser: ROWENA S. BUGAYONG, RCrim
The study intended to evaluate the level of satisfaction between the
selected agencies of Aurora and Ramon Magsaysay Zamboanga Del Sur with
the quality of duties and responsibilities of Zamboanga Del Sur Provincial
Government College criminology interns in the school year 2022-2023.
A descriptive quantitative research design and a questionnaire were used
to gather data. The data gathered were analyzed and interpreted using different
statistical tools, namely frequency and percentage, mean, standard deviation,
and One-Way ANOVA.
The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in
the responses of the respondents when they were grouped by their agencies.
There was a "Very Satisfied" level of satisfaction, a "Satisfied" level of
satisfaction, and an "Extremely Satisfied" level of satisfaction.
As a result, it was suggested that having a good performance of duties
and responsibilities during an internship could gain the satisfaction of the
agencies where the criminology interns were conducting their on-the-job training.
