APPLICATIONS
Alcaline detergent for membrane cleaning. Suitable for organic substances and biofilm removal
ADVANTAGES
EB-Cleaner B2 is particularly recommended to remove organic substances and biofilms from membranes of reverse
osmosis equipment.
-Very strong detergent and degreasing power.
-Strong emulsion of oils and greases, stability of the suspension formed.
-Superficial tension reduction in strong alcaline environment.
-Slightly foamy.
-The product is liquid, thus easier to use.
USE
Instructions: prepare a solution of EB-Cleaner B2 at 1 – 2 % with chlorine free water, make the liquid go through membranes
for an hour at a temperature of almost 30°C and at a pH not lower than 11.
Before or after a washing with EB-Cleaner B2 it is better to make an acid washing with EB-Cleaner A1 to remove scales of
alkaline salts and oxides.
Always follow membranes manufacturers indications by respecting recommended temperatures and pH.
Dosage: from 1% to 2% Volume/Volume
USE REGULATIONS
Handling: See the safety data sheet. Adopt the main cautions concerning caustic chemical products handling.
Preservation: keep away from excessive cold and heat.
