INTRODUCTION

This project is about collecting feedback about the faculty


from students effectively andin an easy way. FEEDBACK from
customer/ client/ student/ user is the only way to develop the
organization. In general organizations collect feedback from its
clients to improve their services based on given feedback and
[Link] case of educational institutions, it is mandatory to take
feedback about the teaching staff so as to improve their standards of
teaching. This feedback will help in internal improvement of
standards and also external growth of the organization. This is
because if we respond properly for the feedback and take some
measures then the quality of education will be improved which will
improve the placements, sponsorships, etc. So for an educational
institution, taking feedback is an important thing.

In today's world of online interaction, electronic education is


becoming an important, of the academic domain. Faced with the strong
growth of popularity of online courses, a need arises for a flexible,
strengthened & easily integrated online academic feedback delivery
system The ‘Feedback management System’ Approaches all about
institutional and educational practices and processes that are taken into
consideration, the student’s concerns of the level of the knowledge they
receive. This procedure explains that there is a good relationship
between the students learning environment and teachers. We have
developed faculty feedback system to provide feedback in an easy and
consistent manner to the college HOD or principal. We call it faculty
feedback system which delivers via student staffs interface as online
system which is acting as Service Provider.

Feedback serves as a bridge between learning and


improvement. An honest, growth-oriented feedback creates the space for
the institute to examine areas of improvement, brainstorm for more
efficient operating procedures and implement them with an envisioned
future.
At SVKM’s Mithibai College of Arts, Chauhan Institute of Science &
Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce and Economics (Autonomous),
feedback is a continuous process. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell
(IQAC) of the college is committed to improve the overall functioning
of the college, including all its major stakeholders, in line with as well as
over and above the requirements of UGC and NAAC.

Online student feedback system is the web based feedback collecting


system from thestudents and provides the automatic generation of a
feedback which is given by students. Wehave developed student
feedback system to provide feedback in a quick and easy
manner tothe particular department. We have developed
Student Staff Feedback System to providefeedback in an easy
and quick manner to the college principal and Hod’s. So we
call it asStudent Staff Feedback System which delivers via the
student staff interface as online systemwhich acting as a Service
Provider. So we called it a student’s feedback system
whichdelivers via the student staff interface as online system which
acting as a service provider. Byusing this technology we can make
fast feedback about the staff by students on time to headof
departments as they referred in online system. By using
this technology we can give feedback in online system as
fast as compare to the existing paper feedback system.
This project has four kinds of users Student, Staff, Hod’s, and Princip
al. The student can givefeedback in online system provided by
college staff. The existing system carries more time todo a piece of
work for this reason the online system feedback is
implemented. First of staff can prepare questions & add,
update these questions to the online system. After that it
wasviewed by the students and can give feedback about the
[Link] will fill onlinefeedback using a standard
form. In this project security is also maintain that is the result
of feedback is only visible to authentic user. This feedback report
was checked by the Hod’s. Hecan view grades and view the
grades obtained to the lecturers and give this report to
the principal and he give counseling to the college staff.
MOTIVATION
The motivation for doing this project primarily is to reduce
the usage of papers for taking feedback from student individually. o To
make feedback process effective. To generate effective reports. To
reduce the time consumed for taking feedback.
PROBLEM DEFINITION
To find an effective and fast way to collect feedback about
the faculty from the students of each class.

LIMITATIONS OF PROJECT
All the students of same class must give feedback at
same time. o All the students must be logged in before any student
completes giving the feedback. It has better look in latest browsers.

Project goals and objectives


The goals and objectives for this project will focus on
implementing Online College Feedback System that will do the
following:
• Facilitates coordination and information sharing between both the
administrator and the users.
• It provides an open, flexible, reliable technology base.
