REPORT
The reports are to be generated as a part of output specification to
classify the various criteria’s as required by the organization and
the candidates.
1. In accordance with the organization:-
Based on number of criterias reports have to be
generated in the organization. The various criterias are
described as under-
Date and Time Wise Report:-
In the organization reports have to be
generated related to a particular date
and time period. This option generates
the reports related to a particular date
and time and specifies the candidates
who gave the test on a particular date,
between a particular time period.
This will contain the following field:-
a) Title:- The title of this report will specify the
particular date and time according to which
reports are generated.
b) Serial no. :- This gives the serial no. of the
candidates.
c) Name of the candidates:- This field contains
the name of the candidate.
d) Fathers Name:- This field contains the name
of the fathers of the respective candidates.
e) Candidate ID:-This shows the ID of the
candidate corresponding to the name of the
candidate. ID is unique for each candidate.
f) Address :- This will give the address of the
respective candidates.
g) Phone No:- This will give the phone no of
the candidate along with complete area code
of the city.
h) Qualification :- The qualification block
specifies the qualification of the candidate.
i) Marks :- This block will specify the marks
obtained by each candidate in the test.
j) Grade :- This specifies the grade given to
each candidate according to his/her
performance in the test.
k) Maximum Marks :- This field shows the
maximum marks of each test.
l) Pincode:- This block specifies the pincode
of the residence city of the candidate.
m)Date of birth :- This block specifies the date
of birth of the candidate.
n) Supervisor ID:- This specifies the supervisor
ID of the supervisor concerned.
Subject Wise Report: –
Reports also have to be generated in
accordance with the particular subjects in
which the test has been conducted. This
block provides the list of candidates who
gave the tests related to various subjects
i.e. the classification of report is done based
on different subjects.
a) Title:- The title of this report will specify the
particular subject in which test has been
conducted.
b) Serial no. :- This gives the serial no. of the
candidates.
c) Name of the candidates:- This field contains
the name of the candidate.
d) Fathers Name:- This field contains the name
of the fathers of the respective candidates.
e) Candidate ID:-This shows the ID of the
candidate corresponding to the name of the
candidate. ID is unique for each candidate.
f) Address :- This will give the address of the
respective candidates.
g) Phone No:- This will give the phone no of
the candidate along with complete area code
of the city.
h) Qualification :- The qualification block
specifies the qualification of the candidate
i) Marks :- This block will specify the marks
obtained by each candidate in the test.
j) Grade :- This specifies the grade given to
each candidate according to his/her
performance in the test.
k) Maximum Marks :- This field shows the
maximum marks of each test.
l) Pincode:- This block specifies the pincode
of the residence city of the candidate.
m)Date of birth :- This block specifies the date
of birth of the candidate.
n)Supervisor ID:- This specifies the supervisor
ID of the supervisor concerned.
List Of Candidates :–
This block provides the reports based on the
criteria of listing all the candidates which
appeared for the tests in various subjects in
the ONLINE TESTING system application.
a. Serial no. :- This gives the serial no. of
the candidates.
b. Name of the candidates:- This field
contains the name of the candidate.
c. Fathers Name:- This field contains the
name of the fathers of the respective
candidates.
d. Candidate ID:-This shows the ID of
the candidate corresponding to the
name of the candidate. ID is unique for
each candidate.
e. Address :- This will give the address of
the respective candidates.
f. Phone No:- This will give the phone
no of the candidate along with
complete area code of the city.
g. Qualification :- The qualification block
specifies the qualification of the
candidate.
h. Marks :- This block will specify the
marks obtained by each candidate in
the test.
i. Grade :- This specifies the grade given
to each candidate according to his/her
performance in the test.
j. Maximum Marks :- This field shows
the maximum marks of each test.
k. Pincode:- This block specifies the
pincode of the residence city of the
candidate.
l. Date of birth :- This block specifies
the date of birth of the candidate.
m.Supervisor ID:- This specifies the
supervisor ID of the supervisor
concerned.
2. In accordance with the candidate: –
Different criteria are also there in which the
report have to be generated in accordance
with the candidate. These are represented as
below:-
Area Wise Report :–
This specifies the criteria of the
candidates belonging to
particular area i.e. reports are
generated containing the
candidates belonging to
particular area.
a) Title:- The title of this report will
specify the particular area to which the
candidates belong.
b) Serial no. :- This gives the serial no. of
the candidates.
c) Name of the candidates:- This field
contains the name of the candidate.
d) Fathers Name:- This field contains the
name of the fathers of the respective
candidates.
e) Candidate ID:-This shows the ID of
the candidate corresponding to the
name of the candidate. ID is unique for
each candidate.
f) Address :- This will give the address of
the respective candidates.
g) Phone No:- This will give the phone
no of the candidate along with
complete area code of the city.
h) Qualification :- The qualification block
specifies the qualification of the
candidate.

marks obtained by each candidate in
the test.

Age Wise Reports :-
The criteria of the age of the
candidate also provides the
ground for the reports to be
generated containing the
candidates of a particular age
group.
a) Title:- The title of this report will specify the
particular age group according to which
reports are generated.
b) Serial no. :- This gives the serial no. of the
candidates.
c) Name of the candidates:- This field contains
the name of the candidate.
d) Fathers Name:- This field contains the name
of the fathers of the respective candidates.
e) Candidate ID:-This shows the ID of the
candidate corresponding to the name of the
candidate. ID is unique for each candidate.
f) Address :- This will give the address of the
respective candidates.

the candidate along with complete area code
of the city.

Qualification Wise Report: –
An important criteria based on
which reports have to be
generated is the qualification of
the candidate. This block
contains the candidate to the
particular degree of qualification.
a) Title:- The title of this report will specify the
qualification of the candidate,for example
reports generated having the graduate
candidates only.
b) Serial no. :- This gives the serial no. of the
candidates.
c) Name of the candidates:- This field contains
the name of the candidate.
d) Fathers Name:- This field contains the name
of the fathers of the respective candidates.
e) Candidate ID:-This shows the ID of the
candidate corresponding to the name of the
candidate. ID is unique for each candidate.
f) Address :- This will give the address of the
respective candidates.

of the city.
