b. The duration of the package commences from the date of admission

e. Obstetrician and Asst. Obstetrician and Equipment Charges for the
Procedure f. Nursing Charges
g. Obstetrician Visit Charges (1 visit/day)
h. Standard Investigations which include, HIV, HbsAg, HCV, CBC, Urine
Routine, NST.
i. MRD Charges (Mother and Baby)
j. Physiotherapy Consultation and Lactation Consultation Medicine and
Medical
Consumables covered up to Rs 16000/-(medicine Rs 6000 + Consumables Rs 10000)
k. Nutritional Assessment and Screening
l. Standby Paediatric Consultant Charges
m. Investigation for baby which includes Blood Grouping and Rh Typing,
G6PD and S. TSH.
n. First Dose Vaccinations for Baby - Polio, Hep B, BCG
o. 1 Visit by Paediatrician
p. Baby’s cradle bill i.e., 2 to 4 days stay cradle bill will be part of package.
q. Phototherapy

a. Stay Charges for days beyond stipulated days on actual.
b. Twin Delivery Charges Extra
c. Blood reservation and transfusion charges
d. Special Equipment/Special Instrument charges
e. High end investigations
f. Any additional Gynaecological procedures done (e.g.,
Tubectomy)
g. ICU care for Mother
h. Food for Patient attender
i. Medical/Surgical complications
j. Cross consultation(s).
k. Pharmacy Drugs, Consumables and Investigations if stay is
increased
l. NICU admission and treatment charges
m. Document Processing Charges (TPA) will be charged extra
n. Baby’s NICU stay & bill would be separate.
o. Epidural
p. Forceps/Vacuum delivery charges
q. High Risk Delivery will be charged 25% extra or as per
consultant advice
