perfect shot, or the feeling of joy when you score that game-winning point with your teammates.
It’s thrilling, right? But here's the thing—those moments of joy, of success, of adrenaline—
they’re just the tip of the iceberg. What if I told you that sports are not only about the trophies
and the glory, but they can transform your body, and even your mind

Whether you're an elite athlete or someone who just enjoys a weekend game of soccer, sports are
powerful. They offer far more than just fitness—they provide us with lessons on resilience,
teamwork, and how to face the toughest challenges life throws at us.

A warm greetings to everyone, my name is Prithul Man Shrestha and today I will be talking
about the benefits of sports and games. Let’s start with the most obvious one, physical benefits.
As we all know exercise is good for our health. But sports aren’t only exercise, it is moving our
muscles in such a way that it can even improve our flexibility, and boost our other attributes like
stamina. Each different sport gives us a new skill that we can use in the future.

Research shows that regularly doing physical activities can reduce the risks of chronical diseases,
heart diseases, and even cancer.

Sports don’t only benefit us physically but also mentally. You’ve probably heard someone say
that they feel better after maybe a long run. Sports can reduce our stress levels. Sports releases a
special chemical called endorphins in your body that make you feel good. Sports teaches us to
not always expect victory as you also lose sometimes. Sports gives you the ability to get back up
after falling. Sports also encourage discipline and focus. It may be something like practicing
every day for one match or even strategizing for a game.

Sports also gives us some life values and morals. In sports, many things like teamwork, time
management, leadership and fair play are encouraged. Sports has also changed the life of
numerous people like Lionel Messi and Lebron James to make their careers.

In conclusion, sports are more than just a hobby. They teach us many valuable things for our life
like teamwork, time management, etc. Thank you
