1.0 PREPARATION/VERIFICATION.
1.1. Clearance to proceed is secured. (If required)

1.2 Check materials are as per approved material submittal

1.3 Verify setting-out points, lines, & levels

2.0 Material Inspection Request Checks.


2.1 Check to ensure that the Material approval request is approved.
2.2 Check to ensure that material quantity is matching with the quantity stated in the
delivery note(s).
2.3 Check to ensure that the storage of the material is as per approved material data
sheet specification in the MAR.
2.4 Check to ensure that material is secured and protected from damages.
2.5 Check Factory Test report attached and is for the same lot of materials
delivered as per the delivery note.
2.6 Check country of origin certificates attached
3.0 Installation Checks.

3.1 Check installations are as per the approved shop drawings.

3.2 Check correct materials, sizes, and accessories as per approved material submittal.
3.3 Check the inspection of conduit has been completed.

3.4 Check the cable installed in proper containment/conduit.


3.5 Check the cable rating as per cable schedule.

3.6 Check the location of the device based on approved shop drawings.

3.7 Check for the approved mounting detail and the location from the approved shop
Drawing.
3.8 Check the device accessibility for maintenance.
3.9 Ensure that cable has been tested prior to termination of devices.
3.10 Check labelling and identifications cables as per approved shop drawing
3.11 Check unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected (if any)

3.12 Check for cable test and EOL resistor checks.


4.0 REPAIR WORKS (If any)
