Professional experience:
● Experience of 8.2 years in Manufacturing and Production of Automotive shock
absorber and damper.
● GIL is an IATF 16949, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 Approved Annand Group of
Company & engaged in the manufacturing of ride control products such as shock
absorber & strut of Passenger cars. Their main customers are Volkswagen, Tata
Motors, Maruti, Hyundai, Ford, Toyota, GM Motors and Mahindra &Mahindra etc.

● Provide technical input and support to inspector in solving process and quality
problems.
● Material and manpower arrangement to get productivity.
● Achieving day, week and monthly production planning in cell.
● Conduct daily audits on machine wise and giving approval to product.
● Implementing various Kaizen for improve the Process, Production and Quality.
● Monitoring and Updating PPM level on daily basis.
● Responsible for managing Induction hardening and tempering process.
● Well awareness of Heat treatment quality and process standards and equipment
(like, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Vicker’s Hardness Tester, material grade etc.)
● Rejection analysis daily basis and give corrective action by why why method.
SAP Activity:
● Plan order create schedule vs actual &production planning.
● Schedule vs actual booking.
● To create requisition each material (store dept.) physical vs actual.
● To create line rejection in physical to actual.
● Consumable part to create requisition our requirement.
● WIP to check system vs actual qty.
● GRN clear in system.
● NPD Product to change new BOM creation.
● To create invoice in-house material toother plant.
