Hosting Script: Sports Day Mairah Khan 6-C
Khadija: Honorable guests, dear parents, teachers and students.. Assalamo Alaikum and a very
good morning. I Khadija Farrukh along with my co-hosts Rameen Ali, Maha Hassan and Mairah
Khan welcome you all to LGS, 30 main’s exiting sports day where we celebrate teamwork, effort
and talent.
Rameen: As you all know that we have gathered here today for the Annual event which is going
to fill each one of us with oodles of power, Self-confidence and of course winning spirits. I
promise that we are soon going to witness adrenaline rushing through our bodies and happy
cheers everywhere.
Maha: It goes without saying that sports is and should be an integral part of everyone’s life.
Sports help us lead a healthy life and also teaches us how to play honestly, win honorably, lose
gracefully and the importance of time management in the long run.
National Anthem:
Rameen: We would formally like to welcome our chief guest, thank you for gracing this event
with your presence. William Afton
Oath Taking:
Maha: Now it’s time to show our commitment and determination by swearing into the oath.
Allow me to call our chief guest _______ to come forward and to take the oath from all the
participants.
After Oath:
Mairah: I would like to request Sarah Moueed of class 6A to come forward and ask the chief
guest to declare the sports day open.
Rameen: With this, we officially mark the opening of our sports day.
Everyone: Let the games beginnn!!!!
Khadija: Dispersal of students to the enclosures:
Thank you everyone for the enthusiasm! Now it time for all the students to move to their
designated enclosures so we can begin the exiting events lined up for today.
Hurdle Race:
Rameen: We are now ready to begin the much anticipated hurdle race. Watch our participants
showcase their speed, agility and determination. This is a race where runners have to jump over
obstacles (hurdles) while running towards the finishing line. In real life, this can be compared to facing
challenges while working towards a goal.
Great job all of you!
This race is a perfects example of how success comes from overcoming obstacles, just like in real life.
Congratulations to all our runners.
Maha: Next up is the dribbling race. Participants, get ready to showcase your precision and focus.
What an incredible race! Let’s give a big round of applause to all the participants for their fantastic
effort!
Mairah: It’s time for the ball passing race. Let’s see who can pass the ball the fastest.
Well done everyone it was indeed great teamwork.
Kung Fu Display:
Khadija: Get ready for the Kung Fu Display showcasing skill, strength and precision. Kung Fu isn’t just
about moves it’s about patience, discipline and knowing that real strength comes from within.
Closing:
Great job our Kung Fu performers! This was a powerful reminder that in life, success isn’t about fighting
hard it’s about being smarter, staying focused and never giving up!
Baton Relay Race:
Maha: Next up, we have the baton relay race! Just like in real life, this race is all about teamwork, trust
and perfect timing. Let’s see who can pass the baton and finish strong!

Fantastic effort in the baton Relay! A great reminder that success isn’t a solo journey when we work
together and support each other, we all go further!
