Note:

1. This application will not be cancelled after obtaining the services.


2. In order to speed up the procedure of taking the male category x-rays for new visa,
please wear cotton shirt without button or graphics.
3. The Medical Fitness certificate is valid for three (3) months from the date of issue.
4. The Medical Fitness certificate will be sent to the registered email.
5. HBV vaccination is compulsory for the following six categories and will be charged
separately at the rate of AED 40: (Nannies / Housemaids or similar categories / Nursery
and kindergarten supervisors / Workers in hairdresser saloons, beauty centers and health
clubs / Workers in processing and food control authorities / Workers in cafeteria and
restaurants.
6. In case you didn't receive SMS notification, please verify the registered mobile number
from administration desk inside Medical Fitness Center.
7. Kindly note that the Typing Center Fees is only 50 AED.
