The applicants most respectfully beg to state:
1. That the applicants had filed O.A. for their common cause
for grant of minimum scale pay at the rate 1/30 th of the pay
at the maximum limit of Rs. 18,000/- plus applicable
Dearness Allowances of the erstwhile Group D Staff for
work of 8 hours a day w.e.f. 01.01.2016 in terms of
DOP&T OM dated 07.06.1988 and Ministry of Labour
OM dated 23.08.1988, along with arrear monetary benefit
as already granted to other similarly situated employees in
other offices or alternatively for the grant of minimum Pay
of Level 1 of the Pay Matrix as per the recommendations
of 7th Pay Commission i.e. Rs. 18000/- plus applicable
allowances.

2. That the applicants being poor casual workers pray for


permission to move the O.A. jointly in a single application
under Section 4(5)(a) of the Central Administrative
Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1987. As the reliefs sought for
in this application by the applicants are common,
therefore, they pray for granting leave to approach this
Hon’ble Tribunal by a common application.
3. That this application is filed bona fide and for cause of
justice.

In the circumstances explained


above the applicants humbly pray
that Your Lordships may kindly be
pleased to move the connected
O.A. jointly in a single application
under Section 4(5)(a) of the
Central Administrative Tribunal
(Procedure) Rules, 1987, to secure
the ends of justice and/or pass any
other order/orders as may be
deemed fit and proper in the
circumstances of the case.
And for this the humble applicants as in duty bound shall
ever pray.
