)for S.B. All wire sizes unless specified below shall be as per specifications. Slotted angle
cum threaded rods shall be used for main path of conduiting through corridors which is
deemed to be included in rates quoted. - Front plate for all UPS shall be of different colour
as per architect's approval. Earth wire shall be one size smaller than the phase wire -

 General terms and conditions of the work order - Electrical Works - GARUD Hotel Project, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

1 References

2 Scope of works and battery limits

As per scope matrix.

Contractor has to maintain an inward-outward register and send the excel copy monthly for material issued by Voltas store for materia
reconcillation.

3 Manpower & productivity.

Minimum manpower at any stage of the project 40 Nos

Voltas engineer or supervisor will be coordinated to comply

4 Manpower mobilization to site.

Contractor to mobilize manpower at site within 7 days from the date of LOI/PO.

5 Completion period.

Work to be completed within 150 days from the day of start in all respects including all quality checks and clearance, punch point
clearance, measurements and documentation. In case of delay for reasons solely attributed contractor, there shall be a levy of LD @ 0.5
per week to a max of 5% of total contract value.

6 Acknowledgement of work order.

Contractor to acknowldge receipt & acceptance of work order within 3 working days from date of issuance.

Work order issued to contractor shall be specific for GARUD Hotel project only. The project shall not to be linked with any other project
being executed by the contractor for Voltas in any respects i.e be it in terms of outstanding payment, delayed release of WO etc.

7 Safety / Quality & workmanship.

 Contractor shall ensure adequate safety / quality & workmanship throughout the project tenure by deputation of experience engineer
supervisor. It shall be contractor's responsibility to get the works certified in accordance with the project quality standards and project
safety standards

Contractor shall responsible for DLP period in accordance with quality issues and workmanship failure as 18 months from commercial
handing over of hotel project

Penalty subject to the quantum of reworks / delay shall be levied if the safety of work procedures is not found satisfactory as per projec
requirements.

8 Mode of measurement.

Cable trays shall be measured per linear measurement method along the centre line of cable tray, expressed in "mtrs".Rates shall inclu
entire installation of tray including joining of trays, supports, painting etc.

Laying of cables shall be measured as per linear measurement method, expressed in "mtrs".Rates shall include dressing, tagging,
clamping, terminations at both ends etc..

Measurement of cable termination shall be on the basis of size and nos of [Link] shall include, all dressing , lugging, sealing
caping etc to complete termination.

Measurement of installation of panel shall be on nos basis and shall include framing, supporting , anchoring and levelling of the panel.

Measurement of eathing strips, wire rope & gi wire shall be on linear measurement basis expressed in "mtr" which shall include clampi
nut bolting and termination.

Measurement of structural steel for cable tray support works shall be separate which inturn shall include the fixing of anchor fasteners
drilling, welding, cutting, fabrication etc. required for the support to be complete.

Rates of installation of structural steel shall include the labour charges for fabrication, painting, fixing and installing the supports, hange
nut, bolts, fasteners, anchors, etc to complete entire cable tray work.

9 Payment terms.

Through HUNDI system. Charges 3.2% to be deducted from Contractor Bill.

Payment will be made in 45-60 days from certfication of Invoice by Voltas Representative.

80 % against installation of cable trays, supports, cables, panels, DBs, earthing pits, earth stips, terminations etc.

20% against handing over and completion of snag list and punch points.

10 Commercial T&C.

Statutory compliance including PF,ESIC to be included. Registration of bills shall happen only after clearance from compliance dept.

Payment terms shall be Hundi. Bank charges @ 3.25% per quarter to be bourne by the contractor.
Contractor to submit the the measurement sheet in format as mutually agreed with the project manager.

The above rates are firm and inclusive of all taxes and [Link] upward revision shall be admissible for any reasons what so ever.

Contractor shall submit JMS duly certified by Voltas engineer alongwith the invoice.

Prices as agreed are worked out taking into consideration that you shall comply with all statutory laws and regulations of central and /o
state government such as contract labour, workment compensation act, payment of wages act, minimum wages act.

Statutory requirements applicable to you as and when required by us failing which thereby forcing us to face financial liabilities , we
reserve the right to deduct/recover the same from amounts payable to you.

Employees provident fund act and employees state insurance act in respect of the worker engaged by you for our jobs and no addl.
