How to create a graph for Microsoft Word
Step 1: Choose “Insert”
Step 2: Choose “Chart”
Step 3: Choose the chart that will best represent your data and click “OK.”
Step 4: Insert your data in the table below the graph. You can also delete
or add more columns and rows if needed.

Step 5: Make sure to title the graph. You can do this by clicking “Chart
Title” directly on the graph.
Step 6: Right-click the graph and choose copy.

Step 7: On your lab report assignment, right-click where the graph goes
and click paste.
