We are pleased to provide the warranty for the roofing and Zinc Flashing work completed at
130 Queen West, Toronto, for Basekamp Construction. DAPCCO Inc. takes great pride in
delivering high-quality roofing services, and we stand behind the materials and
workmanship used in this project.

Warranty Coverage: This warranty guarantees that the roofing system installed at the
project site is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from
the date of project completion (21.10.2024).

Scope of Warranty:

 Coverage includes defects in roofing materials or workmanship that may


compromise the performance or integrity of the roof.

 This warranty covers repairs to address any leaks, water infiltration, or material
failures resulting from installation issues.

 Any necessary repairs will be performed by DAPCCO Inc. at no additional cost to


Basekamp, provided the issues are covered under the terms of this warranty.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

 Damage caused by external factors such as storms, fires, vandalism, or accidents.

 Any defects or damage resulting from modifications, repairs, or maintenance


performed by parties other than DAPCCO Inc.

 Normal wear and tear, including minor deterioration or aesthetic changes due to
environmental factors such as UV exposure or weather conditions.
Maintenance and Inspection: To keep the warranty valid, it is essential that the roofing
system is properly maintained. Regular inspections should be conducted, and any
necessary maintenance or repairs should be performed promptly. Failure to maintain the
roofing system as recommended may void this warranty.

Claims Process: In the event of an issue covered by this warranty, Basekamp is to notify
DAPCCO Inc. within 7 days of discovering the problem. We will then assess the situation and
