DIGITAL POSTER MAKING CONTEST

MECHANICS
1. The contest is open to all accountancy students of Our Lady of the Pillar College-Cauayan for
S.Y 2023-2024.
2. Each section must have at least TWO (2) representatives and EACH participant should submit
ONE (1) entry only.
3. The poster must illustrate, interpret, and emphasize the theme “Students today, Professionals
tomorrow."
4. The contestants can create digital posters in MS Paint, Photoshop, Illustrator, or any related
software applications. The poster must be in landscape orientation and A4 size (8.27” x 11.69”).
5. Entries must be submitted not later than February 20, 2024 and must be submitted to this
email [email protected] in any CLEAR picture format with the file name
COA_POSTER_Full name_Year and Section. (COA_POSTER_JuanDelaCruz_BSA1A)
6. No download images, clip art, and any other elements should be integrated into the artwork.
7. Artificial Intelligence or AI-generated outputs are not allowed to be submitted. Entries shall
have original sketches made by the participant only. Failure to comply will lead to
disqualification.

CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:


Creativity and presentation 20%
Originality 20%
Relevance to the theme 30%
Artistic composition/ Color Harmony 20%
Public engagement 10%

DIGITAL SLOGAN MAKING CONTEST

MECHANICS
1. The contest is open to all accountancy students of Our Lady of the Pillar College-Cauayan for
S.Y 2023-2024.
2. Each section must have at least TWO (2) representatives and EACH participant should submit
ONE (1) entry only.
3. The slogan must interpret, and emphasize the theme “Beyond Numbers: Fostering
leadership and teamwork among accounting students."
4. The contestants can create digital slogan in MS Paint, Photoshop, Illustrator, or any related
software applications. The slogan must be in LANDSCAPE orientation, A4 size (8.27” x
11.69”), in ENGLISH medium, and must not exceed Fifteen (15) words. Exceeding the required
number of words will result to a deduction of points.
6. Entries must be submitted not later than February 20, 2024 and must be submitted to this
email [email protected] in any CLEAR picture format with the file name
COA_SLOGAN_Full name_Year and Section. (COA_SLOGAN_JuanDelaCruz_BSA1A)
7. No download images, clip art, and any other elements should be integrated into the artwork.
7. Entries shall be original and made by the participant only and must not be previously
published. Plagiarism is strongly discouraged. Failure to comply will lead to disqualification.
