11.4
FIREFIGHTING SYSTEMS
11.4.1 Supply, install, test and commission for all firefighting
pipes of seamless galvanized black steel sch.40 and
HDPE pipes (including the connection from main line)
complete with all required accessories,
fittings, supports, etc. with sizes and quantities as per
Civil Defense (KSA) requirements and approved shop
drawings done by subcontractor.
11.4.2
Supply, install, test and commission all valves and
accessories including floor control valves, zone control
valves (ZCV), pressure relief valves, pressure reducing
valves, Isolating valves, gate & globe valves, tamper
switches, solenoid valves,
gauges, test & drain assembly, flow switches, automatic
air vents, supports, brackets.... etc. complete as per
Civil Defense (KSA) requirements and according to
approved shop drawings done by sub-contractor.
11.4.3
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning
firefighting hose cabinet (FHC) including 1" hose reel,
lock shield valve, 21/2" landing valve, 21/2 " fire hose,
nozzle, extinguishers…. etc. per Civil Defense (KSA)
requirements and shown on drawings.
11.4.4 Supply, install, and test firefighting sprinklers (ESFR,
pendent, upright, concealed, side wall) including all
required accessories as per Civil Defense (KSA)
requirements and shown on drawings
