states and certifies on oath the following:
The undersigned Settlor(s) and Trustee(s) hereby certify the following:
1. This Certification of Trust refers to PETER JOSEPH POLINSKI ESTATE, dated July 9, 1987 and
any amendments thereto, executed by PETER JOSEPH POLINSKI as Settlor(s). Any property owned by
the Trust may be taken in the name of PETER JOSEPH POLINSKI ESTATE
.

4. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Trust Agreement, if any of the following is serving as a Co-
Trustee of any Trust under this Trust Agreement, such Co-Trustee may make decisions and bind this Trust
in the exercise of all powers and discretion granted to the Trustees without the consent of any other
Trustee:

5. The Trustees under this Trust Agreement are authorized to acquire, sell, convey, encumber, lease,
borrow, manage and otherwise deal with interests in real, intangible, intellectual and personal property in
the Trust name. The Trust also includes the power to mortgage real property, open and maintain deposit
accounts, lines of credit, and transaction accounts with other private and public entities, endorse negotiable
instruments, make deposits, make withdrawals, execute loan documents, pledge personal property, real
property, intangible and intellectual property and do all other business with any private or public entity as
contemplated in any agreement signed by the Trustee. In addition to the above general powers the Trustee
has the power to: Place liens on personal property, real property, intangible property and intellectual
property and to enforce such liens if necessary. All powers of the Trustees are fully set forth in the Trust
Agreement which is attached hereto.
6. Check the applicable box:
☐ The Trust is Revocable and the Trust has not been revoked and there have been no
amendments limiting the powers of our Trustees over trust property.
☐ The Trust is Irrevocable and is valid and existing at this time.
7. No person or entity paying money to or delivering property to the Trustees shall be required to see to its
application. All persons relying on this document regarding the Trustees and their powers over trust
property shall be held harmless for any resulting loss or liability from such reliance.
This is being formed in accordance with Uniform Trust Code 406 and 407.
A copy of this Certificate of Trust shall be just as valid as the original. The undersigned certify, swear, subscribe
and affirm that the statements in this Certification of Trust are true and correct and that it was executed in the
County of Mariposa, State of California.
