2025 INBDE Study Schedule
Dr. Ari’s 2025 INBDE Study Schedule
his INBDE study schedule is designed to guide you through each day's tasks,
T
helping you complete all the videos and question banks on [Link] and
successfullypass the INBDE.
The schedule spans40-45 daysand includes one restor review day each week.
hile study habits vary from person to person, if you spend about 5 minutes on
W
each question and explanation (many people take less time), you should expect to
studyaround 4 hours per day.
If you only have three weeks to prepare, you'll need to cover two days' worth of
material each day. If you have three months, you can likely pace yourself by
completing about half of the daily material per study day.
It's natural to feel overwhelmed and underprepared—I felt the same way when I
took my dental boards (although I didn’t have INBDE Bootcamp when I studied).
There’s a lot of material to cover.
owever, you can be confident that INBDE Bootcamp is designed to behigh-yield
H
and concise, allowing you to focus on what's trulytested and pass the boards on
your first attempt.
Best of luck with your preparation!

Quick Tips As You Prepare For The INBDE
1. F
ollow a study schedulethat goes over what you needto do day-by-day
and stick to it. Feel free to adjust and change it based on what you think
you need to study most.
2. T
ake regular breaks.Try to study for 45 minutes andthen take a break
for 5-10 minutes. Take one day off a week to relax so you don’t burn out.
3. G
ive yourself enough time. It’s tempting to try tojust get the test done
when you have other things on your plate (like dental school denture
credits to finish). When in doubt, it’s better to start early and give yourself
more time than less.
4. M
ake sure you’re ready to pass.Bootcamp’sperformancepagewill let
you know when you’re ready. 98% of Bootcamp students who met both
targets passed the INBDE.
