Are you worried about giving out your credit or debit card details online? There is another option – an e-
money account from a payment company which offers an e-payment account as a way to send and
receive money online without needing your credit or debit card details. I am sure some people would
agree that more people now use e-payment companies because they can make it easier to transfer
money and make purchases.

There are two main ways that e-payment accounts work. You either, first, pay money into your e-money
account using a payment card (when you shop online the money is deducted from your balance – or if
you’re selling things, it’s added to your balance), or link your e-money account to your payment card.

The first step is choosing which e-payment company to use. When you’ve chosen a company, most will
ask you to: set up an account – register your details and follow the instructions.

Next, connect a bank card – enter your credit or debit card details. When you’re registered, you’ll be
able to pay for purchases using your new account details. It’s usually free to use e-payment services to
buy things – although you might be charged for selling.

These companies make their money by charging retailers. You might be charged for making or receiving
payments in foreign currencies, or if you spend more money than you have access to.

Personally, I know that there are some drawbacks of using E-payment. E-payment companies aren’t
protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). This means you might not get
compensation if your e-payment company goes out of business. So, in my view, when choosing a
provider, you need to check the service you’ll get and the protection it offers for your money so that you
can use

E-payment wisely.

Should Americans be forced to Public Transportation?

First, let me define what the question is and isn’t asking. It isn’t asking if we should we all abandon cars
right now, nor is it asking if we should abandon them completely, nor is it asking if every American
should do so. It is asking weather some Americans should have to take public transit some of the time,
and I would say yes.

Oil use and pollution aside, in some cities like Los Angeles and New York there just isn’t room for any
more roads, so in order for large cities to grow, they need more people to take public transit or risk
permanent traffic jam. One bus can safely hold 40 people so even at half capacity that’s nearly 20 cars’
worth of space in traffic cleared up, and nearly 20 parking spaces that don’t need to built.

There are a lot of people that can take with transit little inconvenience but simply don’t because they
never have in the past. If residents in areas with plenty of transit had to buy transit passes as part of
their property taxes then they would have little excuse not to bus occasionally. QA number of
universities already bundle a ‘U-Pass’ with their tuition feeds, forcing their students to take the bus.
When given the change the majority of those students have voted to keep these programs.

A similar system in apartments where a portion of the tenants are not issued parking spaces in exchange
for a discount on their rent would also be community car to several apartment tenants that arrange a
schedule for the car, and this program gets many positive reviews.

Being On time

Being on time is a beautiful social ethic and one of great importance, as it creates efficiency in system
and implies respect for one another. However, it is one the many values that is not easy for our students
to learn.

Inner discipline, one that comes from an understanding of the set rules and regulation, is the highest
form behavior. Most excellent schools try to instill this with a loving environment. Why, even adults
arrive late to meeting, work, et c. Here, we do not agree that late comers should be shut out. They can
be given warnings, most of which are enough to make them try their best to reach the school on time
latter. If this fails, invite the parent to school.

By closing the gates, the school is behaving cruelly, to which we prefer not to expose our children. Every
school has responsibility to implant good educational principle, but it should be in appropriate ways.
Good schools create competitive students who can organize themselves effectively in society, so that
everyone gets a quality life as a result of the ethics and values learned for as long as 12 years.
Children are precious and dependent on the adult for guidance. Understanding them is the key, and to
this end, both parents and schools must work hand in hand without playing the blame game.

24. What should the school do if a student can’t stop his/her habit to come late to school?
A. Punish him/her
B. Shut him/her out
C. Fail him/her
D. Talk to his/her parents

Advertisements

There are many reasons for both sides of the question, "Should we have printed advertisement'?" Many
people have strong views and feel that ads are nothing more than useless junk mail, while other people
feel it is important source information.

There are some reasons why we should have advertisement in newspaper and magazines. One reason is
ads give us information about what is available. Looking at ads we can find out what is on sale and what
is new in the market. This is an easy way of shopping. Another reason is that advertisement promotes
business. When shop owners compete against each other the buyer saves money, more people come to
their shops and they sell more goods.

On the other hand, some people argue that ads should not be put in newspapers and magazines for
these various reasons. Firstly, ads cost the shopkeepers a lot of money to print onto paper. Also some
people don't like finding junk mail in their letter boxes. Ads also influence people to buy items they don't
need and can't really afford. Ads use up a lot of space and a lot of effort has to be made the ads eye-
catching.

After looking at both sides of issue, I think we should not have advertisements because they cost a lot of
money and take up a lot of room in the papers. I don't think I find some of them interesting. I mainly
disagree because it's junk mail.

27. Why does the writer present two sides of opinions of advertisements?
A. She/he wants to take side
B. She/he wants to be in the affirmative side
C. She/he uses the opinions to emphasize her own stance
D. She/he wants the readers know the opinion about the issue
E. She/he wants the readers to understand her stance

Jawaban: D

28. The writer influences the readers by repeatedly saying that ....
A. The ads are only garbage
B. The ads contain unimportant business information
C. The ads promote unnecessary service products
D. The ads inform us tips of easy shopping
E. The ads become the source of information

Jawaban: A
