Good Afternoon, Respected Dias and Fellow Delegates,

The region of Kashmir, situated between the recently partitioned India and Pakistan is grappling
with numerous social issues such as:

Escalation in the tensions between communities causing widespread fear and anxiety. Curfews
and movement restrictions disrupting daily life, with many suffering from trauma and stress due
to constant violence.

The invasion by Pakistani forces funded by the US has disrupted trade routes, leading to
economic losses and higher costs. The recent discovery of crude oil in Kargil intensifies the
situation, drawing attention from the US and USSR.

The delegate of Albania believes that the unlawful invasion of Kashmir by the Pakistani military
has caused instability in an already unstable region and further intensified the situation,
therefore the delegate Albania supports Kashmir and believes that the state of Kashmir and its
people should choose their political future so as to avoid further conflict and promote peace and
fix its ongoing issues.

Good Afternoon, Respected Dias and Fellow Delegates,

The Gold Coast Murders of the 22nd October are a massive red flag in terms of safety for our
residents. It is damaging public health even further as the economic crisis itself decreases
funding for healthcare.

There is a 25% rise in visits to mental health clinics, with many cases of mental illness. The
poverty and political instability lead to a 45% increase in thefts, including armed robbery as
people turn to unconventional ways to survive.

This disturbs cultural heritage giving more importance to survival than maintaining the traditions
and social norms.

Given these facts, the position of Albania is similar to that of the USSR. We are united with the
people of Gold Coast and would, therefore, need a total economic reform and all these
problems go against Soviet view and here, Albania is with them. Gold Coast residents are in the
same boat, and we support large scale economic reform. We demand more assistance from the
international community to aid everyone affected during this period of chaos and stress.

Good Afternoon respected Dias and All Delegates,

The partitioning of Germany into zones is a major issue. Trade between the east and west has
fallen by 45%, and many skilled workers are relocating to other parts of the country.

Trade with non-Allied countries increased by 25%. This has resulted in millions of displaced
Germans, leading to overcrowded cities and refugee camps.

Families have been separated, and they are struggling to find homes. Anti-Semitism is still
common; this is evident among Holocaust survivors in Bavaria. Discrimination is faced by
children born to German mothers from African occupying service [Link] people of Bizone do
not feel appreciated.

In summary, Albania supports addressing security issues in Bizone and the emotional well-
being of people in the French zone. We recommend that the USSR manage its own territory
while seeking international assistance.
