This MoU is made on [15-10-2024] between the parties:

1. E-Cell OCT, located at Oriental College of Technology Patel Nagar, Bhopal represented by
Syeed Rameez Ali, Advisor E-Cell , hereinafter referred to as "E-Cell".
2. Dealyaari, located at 1, Press Colony, Indira Press Complex, Zone-I, Maharana Pratap Nagar,
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462011, represented by Anuj, Marketing Head, hereinafter referred to as
"Sponsor”.

Purpose:
The purpose of this MoU is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Sponsor agrees to support
E-Cell OCT, in return for promotional and branding opportunities as detailed below.

Scope of Sponsorship:

1. Type of Sponsorship:
o Monetary Sponsorship: The Sponsor agrees to provide a financial contribution of 10,000
rupees to support the activities and initiatives of the E-Cell.

Timeline:
The sponsorship agreement is valid from the date of signing this MoU and will continue for 1 year

Termination:
Either party may terminate this MoU by giving 30 days' written notice to the other party. All agreed
deliverables must be completed before termination.

Signatures:
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this MoU.
