AGREEMENT ON ENTERING OF THE REPUBLIC OF JAX


INTO THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF LOSTISLAND

The Governments of the Federal Republic of Lostisland and the Republic of


Jax, hereinafter referred to as “The Parties”, acting on behalf of their
Nations through peaceful dialogue and diplomacy; recognizing democracy as
an instrument of national self -governing; respect ing the freedom of religion
and conscience; refusing from any forms of racism, segregation, national or
ideological intolerance; condemn ing whatever form of authoritarian
governance as a violat ion of human rights , sign the Agreement on Entering of
the Republic of Jax into the Federal Republic of Lostisland , consisting of the
following points :

Article 1.

The Republic of Jax , with all her resources and territories , becomes a Federation
(Federal Subj ect) of a single and indivisible state – the Federal Republic of
Lostisland, and is renamed into the Federation of Jax (hereinafter referred to as that in
the Agreement).

Article 2.

The Federation of Jax retains her Flag, the Coat of Ar ms, the Anthem, infor mational
resources, as well as the right of creating and modif ying nat ional symbols and
resources (as an integr al part of the Federal Republic of Lostisland .

Article 3.

The Federation of Jax reserves for herself the right of having local government and
and establishing procedures of the transfer of power.

Article 4.

The Federation of Jax passes under the j urisdiction of the Federal Republic of
Lostisland (as an integral state) the matters of establishing general rules and
legislation, diplomacy and international relations, defense, national security, law and
order, management of the j udicial and banki ng systems.

Article 5.

The Federal Republic of Lostisland accepts Spanish as one of the natio nal languages
of the Federal Republi c, alongside with Engl ish, Dutch, Tur kish and Russian.

Article 6.

This Agreement comes into force once being si gned by the both Parties, ratified and
initialed by the respe ctive governmental institutions, and can’t be annulated nor
altered.
