Job Description & Activities: RPA Senior Developer

 3 to 6 years of experience in RPA Development, preferably using Blue Prism


tool
 Have sound understanding of Development, UAT and Deployment phases
covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle
 Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to
be automated
 Analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail
in (PDD). Converting requirements to automation-specific design and
solutions documents (SDD)
 Experience in working with Agile development environment (Scrum)
 Developing new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that
are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design
principles.
 Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the UAT phases
 Having experience in creating custom actions/re-usable codes in Blue Prism
using C# and VB.Net
 Supporting the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as
part of a structured change control process.
 Experience in coordinating with process owners and business to understand
the as-is process and design the automation process flow using Blue Prism
problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and
providing timely responses and solutions as required.
 Extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows
Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO,
Web Services.
 Development experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO.
 Good Programming knowledge.
 Blue Prism developer or professional, Solution designer certification is added
advantage

Knowledge:
The minimum requirements for technical skills are as follows:

 Previous experience of development and support on RPA tool (Blue Prism


preferred)
 Comprehensive and evident understanding of Microsoft Technology (C#,
VB.NET, Windows, Internet Explorer, SQL Server, API’s, Web Services)
 Willingness and ability to use their existing RPA knowledge to rapidly learn
how to develop automations using Blue Prism
Skills:
 Open-minded, and can adapt quickly to new priorities
 Autonomy and proactive: Works are undertaken remotely under adhoc
inspections. The ability to methodically solve business and technical
problems using innovative and well-planned approaches
