14. Hon'ble Judge-in-Charge, Original Side will mark fresh matters other than Arbitration Matters
including Commercial Matters to 'B', 'F' & 'G' Courts.
15. All the Hon'ble Judges on the Original Side are empowered to deal with suits/ petitions arising
under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 falling under Section 20-B of the Specific Relief
Act,1963.
16. Final matters (Original Side) upto the year 2007 pending before 'B' Court shall stand transferred
to 'G' Court.
17. When a Section 34 petition is pending in respect of a particular arbitral award, the Execution
Petition qua the said award shall be listed before the Court where Section 34 petition is pending.
Similarly, in cases where an execution petition has been filed prior to Section 34 petition in respect
of the same arbitral award, upon Section 34 petition being listed before a Court, Section 36
petition would also get transferred to that Court.
18. All matters to be heard by the Commercial Appellate Division pending before erstwhile DB-N
presided over by Hon'ble Ms. Justice Rekha Palli shall stand transferred to DB-II in addition to
the matters already pending before DB-II.
19. Hon'ble Judge-in-Charge (Single Benches-Cd. Jurisdiction) will mark the matters which cannot
be listed before roster benches or are directed to be listed before other Criminal Benches.
However, mentioning of urgent matters (fresh/pending) of criminal jurisdiction shall be before
DB-I only.
20. All fresh Bail Applications, Criminal Leave Petitions, Criminal Appeals, Criminal Writ
Petitions, Criminal Revision Petitions, Criminal Misc. Main Cases shall be equally distributed
amongst Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Narula, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Jasmeet Singh, Hon'ble Ms.
Justice Neena Bansal Krishna, Hon'ble Ms. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma, Hon'ble Mr. Justice

21. All Criminal Leave Petitions, Criminal Appeals, Criminal Writ Petitions, Criminal Revision
Petitions, Criminal Misc. Main Cases of the year 2025 including all the Bail Applications
pending before the Court of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Chandra Dhari Singh shall stand transferred to
the Court of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Saurabh Banerjee.
22. All Criminal Leave Petitions, Criminal Appeals, Criminal Writ Petitions, Criminal Revision
Petitions, Criminal Misc. Main Cases of the year 2025 including all the Bail Applications
pending before the Court of Hon'ble Mr. justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani shall stand
transferred to the Court of Hon'ble Ms. Justice Shalinder Kaur.
23. Cases of the convicts/ appellants in jail, whose sentence is about to be completed or have
completed the substantial period of the maximum sentence of the offence charged against them,
shall be taken up on priority basis and every endeavor should be made to dispose of the same
expeditiously.
