Application for permission to compound the

offence u/s 138 N.I. Act as per the statement

of the parties.

Sir,

The applicant respectfully submits as u nder:-

1.That the above noted appeal is pending before this

Hon’ble Court and is fixed for today.

2.That with the intervention of the respectables of

both side, the parties have compromised the matter

with each other. Moreover the respondent

/complainant has no objection if the offence is

compounded.
3.That the offence under section 138 of N.I. Act is

compoundable and the appellant is further ready to

comply with the orders of the court.

4.That the order sought for is warranted by law and

equity and the same is also in the interest of

justice.

It is, therefore, prayed that the offence under

section 138 N.I. Act may kindly be compounded, in

the interest of justice.
