SCENE: Interrogation room

Detective Chris: Please have a seat Mr. Cristobal.

Suspect: (Sits down, nervously adjusting posture)

Detective Chris: We’re here today to discuss the recent homicide of Jan. We understand you knew the
victim, is that correct?

Suspect: Yes, we are friends.

Detective Chris: Can you tell me about your last interaction with Jan?

Suspect: Well we see each other at Gundaway on February 14, 2025, he was with Phil they were
laughing to each other. We had a brief conversation and we spend time together at the school.

Detective Chris: When you see Jan with Phil and you see them having fun together without you, did you
feel jealous?

Suspect: No

Detective Chris: How did you feel when you see them together?

Suspect: Nothing, I’m happy too because I see them happy.

Detective Chris: What did you do when you see them?

Suspect: I approached them and talked to them.

Detective Chris: Did you ever feel jealous when you see them each other?

Suspect: Sometimes but just a bit, after a few minutes it banished already.

Detective Chris: What are you doing at the place of Phil at February 16, 2025 at 8:00 o’clock in the
morning?

Suspect: I stay overnight at Phil’s place we sleep over and by the night we have a happy time, we drink
some alcohol but not too much. Then by the morning I decided to make us a breakfast since I’m good at
cooking.

Detective Chris: Who are you with by that time?

Suspect: I’m with Phil but he was in the Sala watching basketball.

Detective Chris: What actually happened?

Suspect: I was at the kitchen preparing breakfast for Phil and I, suddenly Mel entered the house and he
banged the door while entering. He was drunk so we ignored his bad behavior, instead we let him in to
cool off but he was very naughty. I was iritated so I punch him.

Detective Chris: Where did you punch the victim?

Suspect: I punched him right into his eyes.

Detective Chris: Why did you punch him?


Suspect: I was irritated.

Detective Chris: Where did you get the weapon that you used against him?

Suspect: It was right in front of me.

Detective Chris: You stabbed him intentionally?

Suspect: No

Detective Chris: So are you claiming that you were the one who killed Jan?

Suspect: Yes but it was an accident.

Detective Chris: Clearly your claiming that you kill Mr. Jan, we will submit this to the court to do the
decision.
