5. What are the challenges did you encountered during work immersion?
The challenge I encountered during my work immersion is how to handle and used
the equipment’s properly. To insure your learning and knowledge about the job.
Being intern, I have no stock knowledge about the think that I do. But to the help of
my work immersion supervisor I faced this challenge as do I can and I keep this
challenges from difficult to expeditious.
6. How your group mates helpful to you? What did you learn from him/her in this
experience?
I just want to start answering the question by saying this unforgettable quotation from
– Will Clack “teammates have you back. So if you fall you’ll always have people to
help you back onto your feet.” my group mates it’s a big help for me, because if I'm
not feeling well they help me to take over my work. I learned from them is the
teamwork, unity, cooperation and happiness, as person we need other person.
7. The five (5) lessons I learn during the work immersion are;
The Five (5) Lesson I learned is:
1. Engineering profession is not easy; as an engineering building home and establishments is
not a joke because the safety of those living here depends on you.
2. Relationship and respect others is important, to make a better person and a better place to
leave in.
3. We need to listen the emotion, thought, and voices of other to avoid conflicts.
4. As employee you need to manage your time correctly.
5. Respect others, us you respect of your own to avoid errors
LEARNING INSIGHT
Being a Work Immersion Student of South Upi Municipality, specially the engineering
department, a big opportunity for me to improve my learning’s, skill, attitudes, relationship to
others and my knowledge.
During work immersion I improve myself like fellowships with others person because
everyone knowing that I am a shy person but I face that fear thru this job. I learn if you want
to change your life into a not shy person so make sure you are ready to prove it.
As a worker or employee you need to know your function first does not interrupt others,
make sure you are not overtaking their place. I'm happy to share that I'm so very proud
because I undergo my work immersion in my proud municipality the municipality of South
Upi, because I learn many things, I get the trust of supervisor us being a part of my life. In
my short time I build relationship with them especially to my co- work immersion students. I
know the sacrifice of the staff will do everything to make us better. Being an Engineer the
future of the society and the buildings is depends your hand and mindful skills.
