SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ENGRACIA C. VILLANUEVA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with postal and resident
address at Barangay Sambungan Calatagan, Batangas do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTED and
APPOINTED, LEONISA O. ANIT, married, likewise of legal age, Filipino Citizen and with postal address
at 389 Sitio Burot, Tanagan, Calatagan, Batangas to be my true and lawful Attorney -in-fact to act in,
manage and conduct all my affairs , and for the purpose in my name and in my behalf to do and
execute all of any of the following acts, deeds and and things to wit:

1. To represent, transact and process all documents relative to Mayor’s Business Permit at the
Office of Treasurer, Licensing Office, Bureau of Fire and other local government agencies, in
connection with the processing and documentation of the above-mentioned permit at
Calatagan, Batangas;

2. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all documents and papers as well
as claim/ receive for and in my behalf said documents from the above-mentioned offices as
well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the aforementioned acts and deeds.

3. To generally do and perform all and every act which may be requisite, necessary or proper
to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform any and every act thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present,
HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue of these presents.
