NUTRITION
Protein & carbs are the kings
Modern nutrition advice is 90% bullshit.
The Goliath Method diet focuses on high protein & high
carbohydrate consumption.
Veggies are not included, since they contain lots of
antinutrients, pesticides & are low in vitamin
& mineral content, compared to meat & fruits.
You should always be eating in caloric surplus,
unless you are fat, in which case you should get lean first
& then start eating in a surplus.
A minimum 3000 calories should be consumed every day,
and should result in at least 120g of protein/day.
Focus on getting your protein from beef & eggs primarily,
as they have a much better amino-acid profile compared
to chicken and pork for example.
For carbs, basic rice, potatoes, bananas or other fruits of
your preference.
STRETCHES
These stretches & exercises will not only give you temporary
height,
but also help correct your posture and loosen the tight muscles
around important areas to allow for more growth to happen.
Do these daily and you will see clear improvement in both
your posture & height growth overall.
1. Dead hangs (4 sets of 20 seconds)
simply find a pull-up bar or a tree branch to hang for and relax
your body completely.
2. Toe touches (3 sets of 60 seconds)
Reach down to your toes with your hands, without bending
your legs at all, this stretch might hurt at first, so go slow &
eventually you will be able to do it.
3. Cobra Stretch (3 sets of 60 seconds)
Start by lying down on the floor and placing your palms next
your shoulders & use your hands to push your upper body in air,
while holding your lower body down in the floor.
