- ACTIVITY: “#FitnessGoal”
Direction: The class will be divided into 5 groups. Using a weighing and
height scales, every member of each group will measure their weight and
height. Afterwards, using the BMI Formula, they will calculate their own Body
Mass Index, and assess their body weight through the table provided below.
For the group activity, every group will create an intervention in order to
maintain or enhance the members of each group’s Body Weight status. Each
group will choose one (1) representative to present their plans. The output must
be based on the criteria presented below:
