RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, Jan Leo del Fierro , of legal age and with residence address at
, after being sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

For and in consideration of the full payment of all my claims, including my final pay, refund of withholding tax, pro rata 13th
month pay, and in full settlement of all my claims, (computation of which is attached here and receipt of same is hereby
acknowledged) from TRANSCOM WORLDWIDE (PHILIPPINES), INC. hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY, a corporation
organized under Philippine laws, with principal office at Transcom Center Building, Las Fiestas Road, Frontera Verde Compound, Pasig City,
Philippines, I hereby completely and absolutely discharge and release the COMPANY, its representatives, agents, successors and
assign from any and all liabilities arising wholly or partially, directly or indirectly from my employment with the aforementioned.

For this purpose, I hereby freely and voluntarily acknowledge and accept the validity and legality of my separation from the
COMPANY.

That on account of my separation from the COMPANY, I authorized the Accounting Department/ Payroll Unit to deduct from
my salary and other remunerations any or all monies/ accountabilities due to the COMPANY.

In addition, I acknowledge that during my employment with the COMPANY, I received all compensation and benefits that are
due me under the law, contract and/ or company policy and that the COMPANY has enforced such law, contract or policy according
to lawful standards and desirable business practice.

Should I be found, judicially or otherwise, to be entitled to any further amount, I admit and acknowledge the foregoing
consideration as full and final satisfaction of any and all such undisclosed claims. I also acknowledge that I have not been and not now
suffering from any work connected illness or disability;

I have read this document and understood the same. The release and quitclaim herein is given by me willingly and voluntarily
and that this document covers a complete settlement of all my claims against the COMPANY, its clients, officers, directors and
agents.
