In recent decades, most people tend to return to alternative medicine without consulting a

doctor However, I believe that this trend is wholly negative for three reasons.

Firstly, it is related to the absence of scientific evidence. Alternative medicines can lead to a
variety of other complications for patients, for example, there are many sellers offering to
people to buy herbal medicine due to high profits, They might experience severe consequences
and bear the additional burden . If people prefer to use herbal remedies, they should also be
aware of their drawbacks .

Secondly, alternative medicine is taken into account a delayed treatment. Acupuncture for
example. Not only is it slow treatment, but it is also ineffective. Furthermore, it is said that this
kind of treatment is along with strict pain. Although, the elderly find the traditional treatment
better, there are nowhere near as effective as modern medicine.

Finally, some alternative practices such as bleeding, are performed in some unreliable centers .
As matter of fact, most centers are not well equipped, which can not guarantee people’s health.
Although there are several reasons, making to fail treatment and dangerous consequences,
there are nowhere near as much as [Link], people can find reliable treatment
centers them rely on it.

To sum up, alternative treatments medicine can contribute some benefits, The lack of
knowledge and risk of delay in healthcare make largely negative impact. Government should set
restrictions to support the patient through growth of health centers and facilities the
treatment’s way by raising awareness for patients and ensuring that individuals have access to
reliable healthcare services.
