What did you learn
from the video?
• Summer is one of the four seasons and is famous for
being very hot.
• During summer, the days are longer, and we can enjoy
up to 16 hours of sunlight!
• Plants really like this time because they get lots of
sunlight and grow well.
• Animals also enjoy summer because they can find
plenty of food and places to live.
• In the summer, people do many fun things like having a
picnic, going swimming, visiting the beach, or going on a
vacation

stay cool and not sweat.

• We also wear hats and cream for the sun to keep ourselves
safe.

• There are many things we can do during summer, inside and outside.
• Some things we can do outside are swimming, surfing, riding a boat,
catching fish, going to a fun park or a place with animals, having
barbecues and more.
• Some things we can do inside are reading, watching movies, playing
games, making things, cooking, baking, learning something new, and
more.
• We can also go to different places and see different people and food
in summer.
Autumn
What did you learn
from the video?
• Autumn is when the weather gets colder and the wind blows
harder.
• The leaves on the trees change color to red, orange, and yellow.
• They do this because they get less sun and they need sun to stay
green. Then the leaves fall off the trees and make the ground
look pretty.
• Some animals get ready for winter in autumn.
• Squirrels find nuts and hide them in the ground. They will eat
them later when there is no food.
• Birds fly to places where it is warmer and there is more food.
They will come back when it is spring.
• Autumn is a time for animals to plan ahead.

• We may wear coats, jackets, jeans, and scarves. These clothes can
help us stay warm and comfortable.
• Some people like to wear colors that match the leaves, like red,
orange, and yellow. Others may like to wear different colors, like
pastels, neutrals, or dark colors.
