talent and skills of the students. Interested students may register on this link:

Date: 5th March 2025.
Venue: CDOE Auditorium
Reporting Time: 08:30 a.m.
Competition will be held for the following events:
On-Stage Events
 Poetry Recitation
 Declamation
 Singing (Solo)
 Classical/Folk-Dance (Solo)
 Mimicry
Off-Stage Events
 Poster Making
 Photography
 Rangoli Making
 Mehndi Art
 Best Out of Waste
 Collage Making

Rules for the events of HUNAR


1. Poetry Recitation Competition
1. The participant should report at 8.30 am.
2. Time allotted will be 2-3 minutes.
3. Poem can be in any language (Hindi, English, Punjabi and Urdu) on any topic.
4. Poem can be self-composed or written by other poet.
5. The context of the poem should not hurt sentiments of any community

/caste/gender.
6. Decision of judges will be final.

2. Declamation

TOPIC FOR DECLAMATION : Artificial Intelligence Is Overpowering


Human Intelligence
1. The participant should report at 8.30am.
2. Time allotted will be 1-2 minutes.
3. It can be in any language (Hindi, English, and Punjabi).
4. The context should not hurt the sentiments of any community/caste/gender.
5. Decision of judges will be final.

3. Singing (Solo)

1. The participant should report at 8.30a.m.


2. Time allotted will be 2-3 minutes.
3. Singing can be in any language (English, Hindi, and Punjabi).
4. The context of the Singing should not hurt the sentiments of
any community/caste/gender.
5. Decision of the judges will be final.
4. Classical/Folk-Dance (Solo)

1. The participant should report at 8.30a.m.


2. Time allotted will be 2-3 minutes.
3. The lyrics of the dance should not hurt the sentiments of any community/caste/gender.
4. The contestants should bring their own recorded songs.
5. The Participants can perform any form of Indian folk dance.
6. There should not be any vulgarity in the performance of dance.
7. Decision of judges will be final.

5. Mimicry

1. The participant should report at 8.30a.m.


2. Time allotted will be 2-3 minutes.
3. The context should not hurt the sentiments of any community/caste/gender.
4. Decision of judges will be final.

Off-Stage Events

1. Photography
1. The participant should report at 9.00 a.m.
2. Time allotted will be 2 hours.

3. Any digital device can be used for capturing photography (smart phone, tablet,
digital camera etc.).
4. Formatted Memory card should be brought by the participants.
5. They will submit their best two photography during the Hunar competition
6. The photograph should be of high quality.
7. No editing is allowed.
8. Metadata should be verified by the Jury. Decision of the jury will be final.
Topic for Photography:
On the Spot

2. Rangoli Making
1. The participant should report at 9.00a.m.
2. Time given will be 2 hours.
3. Space given to the participant of size 2‟ x2‟.
4. USOL will not provide any material for Rangoli. The participant should bring his/
her own material.
5. Decision of judges will be final.

Topic for Rangoli Making:


On the Spot

3. Mehndi Art
1. The participant should report at 9.00 a.m.
2. Time will be 2 hours.
3. USOL will not provide any subject/material for mehandi.
4. Decision of judges will be final.

Topic for Mehndi Art:

4. Best out of Waste:


1. Time given will be 2 hours.
2. The Department will not provide any material
3. Decision of judges will be final.
NOTE- Participant can make anything out of waste on his/ her own.

5. Poster Making:
1. Time given will be 2 hours.
2. The Department will not provide any other material except the art sheets

(Size 12”x18”). They should bring their own drawing board and other required
material.
3. Decision of judges will be final.

NOTE—out of these one topic will be announced on the spot.
6. Collage Making:
1. The participant should report at 9.00a.m.
2. Time given will be 2 hours.
3. The Department will not provide any material
4. Decision of judges will be final.

Topics for Collage Making:


i. Environment
ii. Sports
iii. Fit India

NOTE-- Out of these one topic will be given on the spot
