Are sites clean and free from dirt/waste accumulation?
Is the site premises properly ventilated to allow the
circulation of fresh air?
Are the rooms at site overcrowded to the extent that it
becomes injurious to the health of the workers employed in
the site?

Is the working area for the workers and the passage have
adequate and sufficient light, natural or artificial or both?
Are enough latrines and urinals which are accessible to all the
workers present in the site?
Are separate toilets and urinals for males and females with
proper lights and ventilation?
Is there arrangement in place to keep them in a clean and
orderly manner?

Are the employees - trained and having knowledge of the


risks arising from the tasks and precautions allowed to work?
Are Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) meeting the
requirements of the task provided?
Are all floors, stairs, and passages properly built and
maintained?

Did the site took all practical measures to prevent a fire from
starting and spreading, both inside and outside the site.
In the event of a fire, do the employees have a safe way out
of the site and is it marked? .
Is the site properly maintained so that it does not endanger
the workers’ health.

Are male and female workers provided with separate and


clean and conveniently accessible facilities to rest during their
breaks?
Is sufficient supply of drinking water available for the
workers?

Does the site is provided with a proper place for


keeping/storing the clothes and other personal belongings?

Are First Aid boxes available, strategically placed, readily


accessible to workers (including those in remote areas) and
their location clearly marked on site? Is the size and content
of First Aid boxes in line with the number of workers in the
work area? Is there adequate First aiders available at site?

Are there facilities for lunchrooms made available in the site?
