- Tiêu đề E-mail khi duyệt lệnh ghi rõ: DUYET LENH (Số booking)/ (BOOKING PARTY) / (Ngày dự kiến lấy vỏ)
- Nội dung E-mail ghi rõ: Số booking / Số lượng cần lấy / thông tin người liên hệ / Tên tàu / Thông tin đầy đủ của công ty yêu cầu duyệt lệnh (có thể để trong phần chữ ký).
- Bộ phận quản lý Container của COSCO - TEL: (84-225) 7302868, Ext 606.
2. Kiểm tra kỹ nội dung Mail duyệt lệnh và tình trạng Container rỗng trước khi nhận để tránh mọi khiểu nại về sau.
3. Đối với container lạnh, vui lòng liên hệ Cosco trước ít nhất 8 tiểng (tính theo giờ làm việc) để thu xểp chạy lạnh & cài đặt nhiệt độ theo yêu cầu
4. Tháo bỏ tất cả các Tem & Mark không liên quan đển khai báo hàng hóa trước khi hạ bãi chờ xuất
5. Giao VGM khi hạ hàng. Hạ bãi theo qui định của hãng tàu, sử dụng đúng số container, số Seal Cosco đã cấp cho Booking này. Nểu sai, khách hàng phải chịu mọi trách nhiệm
& chi phí liên quan theo qui định của hãng tàu & Cảng
6. Qui Định khác : * Trọng lượng hàng hóa quy định cho từng tuyến, vui lòng liên hệ bộ phận booking của COSCO. * Đối với cont substitute từ 40GP sang 40HQ, đóng hàng
không quá 60 CBM * Đối với hàng đi USA, đề nghị khách hàng cung cấp tên Group (nếu có) khi gửi yêu cầu Booking và SI
7. If any sanction case/ DG Concealment is discovered, Booking will be terminated immediately. In case that container is loaded on board, all arising charges and responsibility is
applied under customer's account.
8. Please load cargo in strict accordance with the maximum load limit (max gross) on the container. The cargo owner should be liable for all the responsibility if the container is
damaged due to overweight or other losses caused.

The booking party/shipper guarantees that himself, the consignee, notify party and end user of the shipment are not an individual or entity listed in any applicable
sanctions or restricted party list unless otherwise agreed. The booking party/shipper and other aforesaid parties acknowledge and agree to be bound by the carrier'
s Sanctions and the Export Control Compliance Terms and shall comply at all times with all applicable sanctions, embargoes, export controls, anti-boycott
regulations and other restrictive measures of the UN, PRC, the US, the EU and any other relevant countries. The booking party/shipper agrees that the carrier retains
the right to reject any shipment which is sanctions involved, and if it is later found that there may be sanctions involved, the carrier has the right to return the
shipment at the carrier's discretion. The booking party/shipper agrees that all costs and consequences that might incur shall be borne by the shipper and/ or
