Guest: (reading the list) inform the desk clerk the room that he/she chooses.
Desk clerk: our ROOM 202 P15,000.00, is it ok with you ma’am/sir?
Guest: yes.
Desk clerk: are you going to pay it in cash or credit card ma’am/sir?
Note: if the pays his dues in cash, do some counter check. Same procedure if he pays in credit
card. If he pays in credit card do this conversation and procedure.
Desk clerk: dop you have credit card with you ma’am/sir?

Desk clerk: ma I check you credit card ma’am/sir? (Do some counter check, if you are done with the
counter check?)
Desk clerk: can you please fill up this form for record purposes ma’am?

Your assigned valet/butler attendant will assist you in going to your room.

ground floor, we have our massage and foot spa at the first floor, we have out KTV and RESTO BAR

Bulter: ok ma’am/sir we’re now at the second floor at room 202 your assigned room, can o borrow your
key ma’am so that I will be the one to open your door.
(After opening the door, ask the guest to enter, if the guest is already inside the room always close
the door.)

aircon at your desired temperature?
