*This policy is only valid for broadcasters who NEVER live in StarMaker before, and don’t
have any official verified live identity of StarMaker.
2. Explanation of Each Item:
A. Level: There are 18 levels in total for agency broadcasters, higher level broadcasters achieve, more benefits broadcasters
and agency captains will get.
B. Target Diamond: Gifts amount agency broadcasters receive in their live rooms.
C. Withdraw: All gifts amount broadcasters receive will show in their StarMaker account in diamond, and could be withdrawn
by themselves. ( 500 diamonds=1 USD)
D. Broadcasters Bonus: Broadcasters achieve different Diamond Targets, could receive the corresponding bonus. Higher Target,
Higher Bonus!
E. Duration: Minimum live duration per natural month *15D 30H: 15 valid day, 30 hours in total

* Each live duration must over 30 mins, below 30 mins will not be calculated, live over 1 hour will be seen as 1 valid day live
3 hours in one day will be seen as 1 valid day as well)
● Broadcasters must finish Diamonds Target and Live Duration at the same time, then broadcasters and agency
captain could receive the relative salary.
● Only gifts from live rooms will be calculated as Target Diamonds. (7 diamond=3 coins)
Process of getting broadcasters salary and agency bonus
● The first week of each month,we will send final data report of the previous month.
After checking, the agency manager needs reply to confirm in whatsapp group.
● All bonus and salary will be issued as diamond to agency owner’s account no later than 15th
of every month.
● Agency owner should have a Payoneer or Paytm account for withdraw process.
The withdrawal application will be approved every Wednesday,please apply for withdraw before
every Wednesday.
Usually the withdrawal application will arrive to your payoneer or paytm account no later than
Friday every week.

1.*First Step*: Broadcasters registration
All of your broadcasters need to fill the registration form which we shared.

They should do minimum 15 -30 mins live streaming on StarMaker app as host audition.
Show their talent in audition, singing,dancing,chatting,playing musicial instruments,etc.(Host id need
fresh)
2. *Second Step* Inform official to reviewing your trial live video
After done trial live you need to inform your manager to reviewing your trial video, if you are passed then
you can start living.

What are the requirements for broadcasters selection?
● No hosts under 18 years old
● Agency should have at least 15 host,and 80% of them should be female.
● The broadcasters must be good-looking, or have at least 1 kind of talent, such as
singing, dancing, musical instruments,etc.
● No blank live/no porn live/no violence live.
If we find violations, we will fine according to the corresponding rules
How to check broadcasters' live data?
1. Everytime the host finishes a live, he/she will have a short
report like this. It shows data of this live.
2. On every Monday and Thursday,we will update live data within
this month from background system of all hosts.
3. After the hosts completing the “Starter Tasks”, they will get
“MYLIVE” option in the profile, they can check their daily data.
4. If you think our data report is not matched with hosts
“MYLIVE” data, pls share us the full video record of this page.
How to check broadcasters' live data?
How to get on hot live?
● System will give hosts more exposure depending on their performance:
● Traffic and hot list calculations:
1. Number of people online in the live room
2. Gifts received in the past 7 days
3. The identity of the broadcaster (Normal/Verified/Superior)
4. PK status and Open box task
● We suggest hosts doing live at night to have more active audience online.
● Please don’t request for top 1-5 positions for everyone.
Why the hosts down from hot list?
● The host’s live broadcast cover ,content or
environments is unqualified.
● THe host is doing blank live checked by system.
● (We will give a warning once we found, and the
host will not be able to show on host list for 3
days.If the second time we found,the host will be
banned for doing live for one week.)
● They are requested to use HD option (High
Definition) during live, because system will not
give traffic and hot level to the low definition live
broadcasting.
● If it is not caused by these 3 reasons,please
send Muna host’s id in Whatsapp group and we
will check.
How to find top gifters?
● Here you can see gifter ranking and all top
gifters on StarMaker in last one month
● You can get in touch with top gifters and
encourage them to gift your hosts. That
could be a possible way to help reach the
target
If the hosts have any issues during live(crash/no voice/fake
audience/ect.) please provide us following informations:
you need to send following information to starmaker officials:
1.host’s starmaker id:
2.host’s phone model:
3.host’s app version:
4.The specific time of the issue:
4.video recording of the issue:
What to do if the host is abused?
1.If the host is abused during live,MUST provide us video record with the abuser’s id,so that we
will ban his/her account.
2.If the host is abused in “Party Room/Cover Comment/Inbox Message”,please click REPORT
option in each page.
