REQUEST FOR RENEWAL OF LEASE

This is a formal request to renew the lease on the rental property which I currently occupy Unit 2E,
Dulcinea Hotel Suites, M.L. Quezon, Pajo, Lapu lapu City.

My lease started on November 4, 2022 and is set to expire on November 4, 2023 but I would like to
renew the lease for an additional term of one (1) year.
